    To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

    Urban Attik defines orders over $9999.99 MXN (before shipping and taxes, but after discount) as oversize orders. Oversize orders are excluded from any and all shipping-related promotional offers (e.g., Free 1-Day Shipping, Free Standard Shipping on orders over $2500).

    During holiday periods and certain promotional events, customers can expect an additional 3-5 days of processing time. During periods of extreme processing, orders could experience a delay of up to 7-14 business days.

  • Return & Exchange Policy

    New Products
    We offer a 15-day refund policy on all items marked as new. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase, with the item in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Worn Clothing
    Worn clothing is not eligible for a refund, but may be:

    • Accepted on consignment, or

    • Traded for other items of equal or lesser value based on current consignment pricing.

    Second-Hand Items
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL on second-hand inventory. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.


  • Urban Attik Consignment Terms & Agreement

    We appreciate your business and are committed to selling your items at the best possible price.  Please familiarize yourself with the following terms.  All terms are subject to change without prior notice. In the paragraphs below (UA) refers to (Urban Attik) and (Consignor) refers to you. 

    Consignment- Consignor authorizes UA to sell all or any portion of the goods consigned for the best price possible. This is not a guarantee that all or any items will sell. Consignments will be accepted by appointment only. Let’s get together! Want a quick pick-up? Interested in a closet clean out? We’re here and it’s completely free.     Condition- All items must be in excellent condition and must be clean, free of stains, odors, pet hair or damage. Items must be in season and meet our high standards for quality and style. It’s a great idea to call ahead and find out what we are taking before scheduling an appointment. Unacceptable merchandise will be donated unless other arrangements are made at the time of drop-off. Items must come in bags, bins, or boxes, NOT on hangers. Items must be right side out.

    Term- The consignment period is 90 days. This period begins when the item is tagged. At the end of 90 days items “expire”. Expired items may be picked up by the customer if desired. Items not picked up by 30 days after the expiration date become the property of UA. All pickups must be arranged in advance so your items can be ready for you.

    Retrieving Unexpired Items- Consignors who wish to retrieve their items before their expiration date will pay a fee equal to 10% of unexpired items’ tagged price. All such pickups must arranged in advance.

    Proceeds- The consignor is paid on the following scale: Consignment paid 50%MXN

                *Consignment proceeds are calculated using the net purchase price, after any online fees (if applicable) are deducted.  Consignors may collect their account balances on the 15th of each month.  Payments can also be made to PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo accounts and WISE  at no charge.

    Risk of Loss- The consignor leaves all item items at his or her own risk.  UA assumes no liability, for loss, destruction, or damage of any kind to consigned items including, without limitation, fire damage, water damage, damage by customers, and theft.
